Coaching Excellence (Mentor Coaching)

The Coaching Excellence program will advance your understanding and skills in the ICF Core Coaching Competencies. It's for coaches wanting to increase their coaching skills. Through a combination of group and individual sessions with a qualified mentor-coach, participants observe and practice their coaching skills to build confidence in all eight competencies. You will also increase your coaching presence and your ability to adapt to a variety of coaching environments.

The Coaching Excellence Program will prepare you to go for your ACC, renew your ACC, or go for your PCC.

Note for those renewing: The ICF requires at least 3 months duration for mentor coaching. This class, including the individual sessions that follow the group sessions, will end after June 10th to qualify. Contact us if you need to renew before then. We have options!
