One of the biggest needs we hear from our program participants is the desire to connect with other coaches. People who "get" what coaching really is.

They want to learn from other coaches' experience. They want to share wins. They want to chat about goals, challenges, and best practices.

Coach's Café

A space to sit back, relax and join the conversation with other coaches. Watch a recording of a Café you missed.

Reciprocal Coaching

Practice coaching and build paid client coaching hours. Give and receive coaching twice a month for 4 months. Three rounds a year.

Conversations

Ask a question. Share a thought, tip, or best practice. Dialogue with other coaches in the community.

Coaching Demonstrations

Seeing coaching in action is a great way to learn and be inspired. Watch monthly coach demonstrations and participate in live discussion.

Share A Win

As coaches, we work individually and confidentially with clients. We also need to share our wins, growth, and improvements. Let's celebrate!
