The Coaching Excellence program will advance your understanding and skills in the ICF Core Coaching Competencies. It's for coaches wanting to increase their coaching skills. Through a combination of group and individual sessions with a qualified mentor-coach, participants observe and practice their coaching skills to build confidence in all eight competencies. You will also increase your coaching presence and your ability to adapt to a variety of coaching environments.

The Coaching Excellence Program will prepare you to go for your ACC, renew your ACC, or go for your PCC.

Note for those renewing: The ICF requires at least 3 months duration for mentor coaching. This class, including the individual sessions that follow the group sessions, will end after December 15th.
