What We Do

We are a leader development company. We equip overwhelmed Christian leaders with the skills they need to develop themselves and lead others effectively so that they make the impact they only dreamed was possible.

As one of the largest Christian training organizations focused on coaching, each year we train thousands of Christian leaders around the world to lead with practical coaching skills through our unique, experiential training programs. All our coaching programs have been examined and approved by the International Coaching Federation.

Our main coaching training program is the Level 1 Coaching Mastery Certificate Program. We offer an advanced program too. And there's an online store selling materials. 

Our training is formed around the best of adult learning practices. Moving from instructor-focused practices, we incorporate self-directed, communal, and experiential learning. Lecture is kept at a minimum, while discussion, practice, and application are maximized. The results are people who can actually coach.

Our growing team of employees and contractors are industry leaders providing Christian leaders around the world with an excellent customer experience. 

Our training incorporates a faith-based perspective to serve Christian leaders working in business or nonprofit.
