Keith E. Webb, D.Min., PCC
Keith is passionate about helping leaders multiply their impact. In 2005, Keith founded Creative Results Management, a global training organization whose clients are faith-based non-profit organizations. He designed the COACH Model® and our International Coach Federation (ICF) approved coaching training. He has delivered training to leaders in more than 30 countries.
He lived 20 years in Asia – Japan, Indonesia, and Singapore. He is author of 7 books including, The COACH Model for Christian Leaders, and Coaching In Ministry. Keith’s expertise in cross-cultural leadership development led to his doctorate in transformational leadership at Northwest Graduate School. He received a Master of Arts from Fuller School of Intercultural Studies and graduated from the University of Washington having studied Eastern Religions and Japanese history and culture.He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Past-President of the ICF Washington State chapter. Walt Hastings, D.Min., MCC
Walt finds fulfillment in seeing leaders grow and develop to their full potential. Walt served as a pastor for 35 years and as a church consultant for 12 years. He has been coaching since 2000.
Walt’s parents were pastors and missionaries, so he has traveled widely. He has coached leaders in Asia, Africa and Australia, as well as North America. Walt is a graduate of Creative Results Management’s CORE training, as well as the Advanced Coaching Program of Coach U. He is Membership Director for the ICF Colorado State Chapter, having also served as Treasurer and Board Member.
Walt enjoys skiing and mountain climbing. He has summited over 180 peaks in Colorado, including all 54 “fourteeners.” He and his wife, Sharon, live near Denver.
Charles Hooper, Jr., M.Div., MCC
Charles has coached pastors in a variety of denominations in key global cities to ignite a life on life missional discipleship movement in their churches and cities. He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Charles is married to Jill and has 6 adult sons.
Félix Ortiz, ACCFélix’s passion is developing leaders and helping them to reach their full potential. He lives with his wife Sara and his two children in Barcelona but travels extensively across Europe and Latin American where he is well known as one of the pioneers in leadership development in those continents.
Author of many books, Félix has a Bachelors Degree in History, a Master degree in Christian Education by Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary of Fort Worth, Texas and another in Education by the Universidad Nacional de Educacion a Distancia of Madrid, Spain. His training in coaching comes from the Newcastle College in the United Kingdom and Creative Results Management.
Félix has been working with Cru, known in Europe as Agape, for the last 35 years holding different responsibilities and being for several years the European director for Staff Care and Development. Currently serves training leaders on coaching and leadership in postmodern society across Europe and Latin America and is the senior pastor of First Baptist Barcelona.
Kevin Stebbings, CPC, PCC
Kevin is from London, England, has lived in Europe, Asia, and the USA. As a seminar leader and coach he specializes in time management, team diversity and cultural stress. Kevin comes from an engineering background and trained at International Coaching Academy. He has a passion to empower others to live effectively and impact their communities. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in China and provide coaching and training to cross-cultural leaders around the world.

Lori Webb, PCC
Lori's warm personality and insightful coaching are much appreciated by those with whom she works. Lori lived 8 years in Japan, nearly 5 years in Indonesia and speaks both languages. She is married and has two children, both born abroad, and resides near Seattle. Lori has developed and facilitated workshops on thriving abroad, personal development, and understanding your child's personality.
The International Coach Federation designated Lori an Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is a graduate of CoachU's Core Essentials Program and Results Coaching Systems. She has completed numerous workshops and informal training on cross-cultural adaptation and personal development. Lori graduated from the University of Washington (Seattle) having studied Communications.
Kim Zovak, D.Min., MCC
Kim is an experienced coach, trainer, and leadership consultant with non-profit leaders and organizations, as well as an ordained pastor. Her passion is helping leaders multiply their impact by reproducing more effective leaders, and supporting organizations to build a coaching (aka people development) culture. Those who know Kim describe her as inspiring, enthusiastic and encouraging. She is a graduate of Creative Results Management's first professional certificate program and serves as an ICF PCC credentialing assessor. She hold the International Coach Federations highest Master Certified Coach credential. She lived in Australia and China for 14 years, currently living in California.
