The Coaching Excellence for PCC program will advance your understanding and skills in the ICF Core Coaching Competencies. It's for experienced coaches coaching at a PCC level. Through a combination of group and individual sessions with a qualified mentor-coach, participants observe and practice their coaching skills to build confidence in all eleven competencies. You will also increase your coaching presence and your ability to adapt to a variety of coaching environments.

In addition, the Coaching Excellence Program will prepare you for the ICF PCC ACSTH or Portfolio application, if that’s your desire.

Group Sessions: Mondays Oct 10, 24, Nov 7, 21 from 9:00 - 11:00 AM Pacific Time.

Note: The ICF requires at least 3 months duration for mentor coaching. This class, including the individual sessions will end after January 10th to qualify. The ICF allows two full months "grace period" to renew an expired coach credential without additional CCEs. So, if your credential expires at the end of the year, renewing at the end of January is not a problem.
