Creative Results Management provides interactive training that our customers rave about. We specialize in coaching and coach training to support pioneers working in tough places. Our training is faith-based, reflecting our commitment to the social sector.

TeleClasses

We offer group telephone classes for those using coaching skills in any leadership role.

Many of our teleclass courses are approved as ICF Continuing Coach Education Units and can be use to renew or attain an ICF credential.

CORE

An intensive sixty-one-hour coaching training that prepares you to coach anyone, anywhere. Attend five days in person, followed by 6 two-hour TeleClass group training sessions done over a normal telephone.

This program meets the requirement of coach-specific training for the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential.

Guide to ICF Credentialing Process

PLUS

Advanced training on coaching topics to equip you to the highest levels of professional coaching.

These programs will allow you to meet the requirement of 125-hours coach-specific training for the ICF Professional Certified Coach credential.

Our trainers are professional, certified coaches. Each is a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world's largest professional coaches association. Several of our trainers hold leadership positions in ICF local chapters.

We incorporate The COACH Model™ and use all original material developed by our faculty and tested around the world with people living in 70 countries.
