Professional Coach Training to Multiply Your Impact

Transformational leadership requires new ways of communicating with those you work with. Coaching skills are essential.

This 60-hour professional coach training is for anyone who wishes to gain empowering coaching skills and take on a part-time or full-time coaching role. It's led from a faith-based perspective (read more on that here). And we are the leading provider of coaching training for cross-cultural non-profit organizations. Graduates may go on to apply for an International Coach Federation credential.

Who Should Attend?
Those who desire to empower, equip, encourage, and support others through coaching.

  • Team leaders
  • Field directors
  • Member care workers
  • Regional leaders
  • Strategic coordinators

The Outcome
Those who complete this program will acquire competency in the core coaching skills to support others to develop their potential in all areas of life and to take action to accomplish that which matters most to them.

As a coach, you will be able to support people to:

  • Gain focus
  • Move from vision to action
  • Achieve goals faster
  • Make better decisions
  • Broaden perspectives for innovative solutions
  • Learn new skills to take the next step
  • Contextualize ministry efforts

This will in turn result in increased effectiveness, more teamwork, higher morale, longer retention of people, and greater impact.

Many participants receive significant help and encouragement regarding their own personal growth issues during the coaching practice sessions.

The Approach
By focusing on core coaching skills through a Christian worldview, leaders reflect on their current behavior and leadership styles to create a unique blend for greater leadership effectiveness. Many participants go on to a part-time or full-time coaching role.
