	Leadership Coaching: The Disciplines, Skills, and Heart of a Christian Coach By Tony Stoltzfus An execellent book that explains coaching skills using a Christian ministry setting. 	The Coaching Manual: The definitive guide to the process, principles and skills of personal coaching (2nd ed.) By Julie Starr This is a wonderful manual that takes a coach through the basics and beyond. For the manager-as-coach and the professional coach. Starr is from the UK and shares a markplace perspective.

	Coaching for Performance: Growing people, performance and purpose (3rd ed.). By John Whitmore Clear, concise, hands-on -- this guide is written in coaching style. It's one of the best introductory books on coaching. Now in an updated 3rd edition. more
