Hi, I'm Dr. Keith E. Webb, founder of Creative Results Management. Since 2005, we've equipped overwhelmed Christian leaders with the skills they need to develop themselves and lead others effectively so that they make an impact they only dreamt was possible.
Let me share how we got started. For 20 years I lived and ministered in Japan, Indonesia, and Singapore. My vision was huge. Implementing it was frustrating. As a leader, I didn't feel I was effective at helping my teammates develop. I was too busy. When I did help them, I was too directive, just telling them what I thought they should do.
One day God revealed to me how I needed to change. Rather than being quick to teach and advise, I began to ask powerful questions and listen. Jesus said, "But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you," John 14:26.
I noticed the answers to my questions were the things that God had already put in their hearts. By asking questions, I was drawing out what the Holy Spirit put in!
This practice developed into a process called The COACH Model®. I found that if I asked the right kind of questions and listened, people would find their own solutions, move forward, and develop new capabilities in the process.
I've written a few books about this process including The COACH Model for Christian Leaders and Coaching In Ministry, and developed coaching programs approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In fact, all of our coaching training is approved by the ICF. Creative Results Management is a Level 1 & Level 2 ICF Accredited Coaching Education Provider.
As one of the largest coaching organizations training with a Christian worldview, each year we train thousands of Christian leaders around the world to lead with practical coaching skills through our unique, experiential training programs.
I don't work alone. Our team of instructors are, above all else, experienced. They bring decades of experience, personal mastery in coaching, and training excellence. Each is seasoned by the work they do around the world.
Our training incorporates a faith-based perspective to serve Christian leaders.
Our training is formed around the best of adult learning practices. Moving from instructor-focused, authoritarian instructional practices, we incorporate self-directed, communal, experiential learning. Lecture is kept at a minimum, while discussion, practice, and application are maximized. The results are people who can actually coach.
If you're ready to multiply your impact, consider coaching training with us.
