Experience
Since 2002, Kim has been a trainer, coach, and mentor with Q2 Leadership and Novo Coaching in Melbourne, Australia. She provides coaching and consulting with leaders of Christian and non-profit organizations. She loves working with leaders to see them grow and develop.
From 1994-2002 Kim was ordained with the Presbyterian Church (USA) and on staff at several churches where she focused on leadership development and coaching. Prior to this, Kim worked with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in California equipping student leaders on several university campuses, and led international, short-term service trips.
Education
Kim's passion for leadership development is reflected in her Doctorate degree and associated research regarding leadership multiplication. She also holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Seminary, a Bachelors degree in Human Biology from Stanford University, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coach Federation.
Diversions
Kim enjoys travel (especially to new places), reading, running, body-boarding at the beach, playing board games with her kids, long walks with her husband, and keeping up with the latest issue of Airports International.
