Core Coaching Skills Certificate Program in Singapore
Leaders from around Asia, plus South Africa, gathered for an intense week of training the last week of August 2007. From here, participants will coach others while continuing to be supported through TeleClasses every two weeks.
The First Core Coaching Skills Certificate Program Graduate
In February 2007, Michael Essenburg from Close the Gap coaching in Japan was the first to finish all the requirements of Creative Results Management's new 60-hour professional coaching program. He began the program in Oct. 2006 in Chiang Mai, Thailand with 17 others. Several others have joined Michael in completing the course. Congratulations!
Lori Webb Receives Associate Certified Coach Designation
December 2006: Lori Webb, has been conferred the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Qualifying for this designation required 60+ class hours, an oral examination and at least 100 hours of individual client coaching. The International Coach Federation is the world's leading organization for coaches, with more than 10,000 members in 80 countries.

The First Core Coaching Skills Certificate Program Begins
Eighteen leaders from around the world gathered in Chiang Mai, Thailand October 30-November 3, 2006 for 5 days of live professional coach training. Through interactive training, role plays, and discussion, participants learned and practiced the art of coaching. At one point, Dodo the elephant helped teach the importance of trust. Coach Training in China
April 2006: Keith Webb facilitated a 2 1/2 day workshop on integrating coaching skills into a leader's existing roles. Thirty, mostly expatriate, leaders attended the interactive workshop and rated it 9 out of 10 for overall usefulness.
